Personnel Management

Time/Attendance Management
Efficacy allows manual and automated updation of timesheet data with integrated time recording systems such as biometric, proximity, swipe cards, and door access control systems. You can create rules to calculate overtime, late entries, early exits, and compensatory offs. This module is a huge time and effort saver for timekeeping staff.

Shift Management
Shift schedules are uploaded manually or automatically with the shift assigning tool. Efficacy provides department wise, designation wise reports on shift deficit so you can take steps to rectify the situation. Leave Management
